Hardwired for Laziness

We are hardwired for laziness!  Don't wait for motivation or inspiration to strike - chances are, it won't.  Make a deal with yourself to exercise for 15 minutes, and continue for another 15 only if you feel good.  In 19.5 years, I have never met a client who regretted completing a workout, even if getting started was extremely difficult.
