As an Ontario Registered Social Worker and ACE-Certified Health Coach, I help my clients define what their goals are. Goals are related to physical wellness, mental health, stress management, functionality in activities of daily living, and pain management.
Using coaching techniques and counselling/psychotherapy strategies, I help clients move from where they find themselves in the present, to where they wish to be in the future. Over the past 25 years, I have created a unique practice that combines medical exercise, personal training, registered social work, and coaching. This enables my clients to achieve successes they did not think possible. Health coaching sessions happen in person, or virtually via FaceTime, Zoom or Skype.
Most of us know what we should be doing to improve our health, yet fail to make lasting changes. Meaningful lifestyle change requires more than just knowledge. With this in mind, I assist my clients in identifying the roadblocks stopping them from living their best lives, formulating effective strategies that transform dreams into reality.
