Individual Training

All personal training sessions are sold in packages of five, ten, or twenty.

Always included are:

  • Assessment Report outlining the results of your Comprehensive Fitness and Lifestyle Assessment, long- and short-term goals
  • Consultation with your physician and other medical practitioners as required
  • Necessary research about medications and medical conditions
  • Ongoing tracking of fitness successes and progress
  • Preparation for sessions, and follow up including a Session Summary email
  • A copy of your exercise program with computer generated diagrams
  • Periodic email and phone check-ins as necessary
  • Travel time
